At Smack Pet Food, we want you and your pet to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit, we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn and unwashed pet apparel.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to our customer portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include inside your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place the items in their original packaging and drop off the parcel at any authorized carrier location within 7 business days.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
